Director of Didactic Education

A long-term clinician and PA educator, Rebecca Loveless, MHS, PA-C, DFAAPA is the Director of Didactic Education for Logan’s PA Program.

Rebecca obtained her PA degree and Master of Health Science from Quinnipiac University in 2000. She has practiced in orthopedics, emergency medicine, cardiothoracic surgery, critical care and hospitalist medicine, but her passion has always been teaching and education.

Rebecca is a leader in the PA profession, both in the state and nationally. She has been on the board for the Missouri Academy of Physician Assistants for more than 10 years, currently as the chief House of Delegates (HOD) representative. For the AAPA, she has held positions as HOD reference committee and task force chairs.

She has spent numerous hours lecturing to health care workers and law enforcement officials about responsible controlled substance prescribing, as well as the drug abuse epidemic that has taken over our country. She travels nationally, lecturing for the AAPA on this topic.

In her free time, she spends time being a mom to her two teenage boys. Traveling is a family passion.
